Students will learn various techniques in cutlery, while learning about various types of cuts and how to utilize them.

This Thursday, our chefs will be featuring a mouthwatering menu inspired by Brazil. Developed from indigenous, European, and African influences, the cuisine varies greatly by region, reflecting the country's beautiful mix of native and immigrant populations, and its continental size as well.
This Thursday, our chefs will be featuring a delicious and traditional menu inspired by Poland. Polish food has been widely influenced by other Central European cuisines, namely German, Austrian and Hungarian cuisines as well as Jewish, French, Turkish and Italian culinary traditions!
This Thursday, our chefs will be featuring a flavorful menu inspired by the beautiful country of Vietnam. With the balance between fresh herbs and meats and a selective use of spices to reach a fine taste, Vietnamese food is considered one of the healthiest cuisines worldwide.
