Thursday Night Dinner:  A Taste of Vietnam

This Thursday, our chefs will be featuring a flavorful menu inspired by the beautiful country of Vietnam.

Traditional Vietnamese cooking is greatly admired for its fresh ingredients,  complementary textures, and reliance on herbs and vegetables. With the balance between fresh herbs and meats and a selective use of spices to reach a fine taste, Vietnamese food is considered one of the healthiest cuisines worldwide.

Vietnamese broken rice with Lemongrass Pork Chop served with Fried Egg, Vietnamese Salad, and Nuoc Cham

Third Course
Coffee Brick Toast
A Modern Vietnamese dessert : toasted bread stuffed with fruits and bread cubes, seasoned with milk, espresso powder and ice cream
