This Wednesday, our chefs will be featuring an exclusive one-night-only Spanish themed menu

First Course
Pulpo y Patatas
Confit and Charred Octopus with Confit Fingerlings, Saffron Aioli, Salsa Verde, Arugula

Second Course
Classic Saffron Paella with Chicken, Chorizo, and seasonal Vegetable, topped with clams, mussels, and lemon aioli

Third Course
Tetilla Empanadas with Sorghum Syrup
