Forno Piombo is excited to announce that world renowned chef Robert Sulatycky will be leading a hands-on cooking class at Kitchen Collective.
This class will be a great opportunity for beginners and experts alike to learn some pro-tips and tricks to wood fired cooking! On the menu for this class will be:
Steamed Little Neck Clams, Chorizo, Cumin & Cilantro with Forno Flat Bread
Forno Roasted Double Cut Berkshire Pork Chop, Balsamic Onion Jam, Wood Oven Charred Carrots
Warm Bartlet Pear Tart, Vanilla Bean Ice Cream

Robert Sulatycky has a long history with the Bocuse d'Or. Representing Canada in 1999, he placed fourth and was awarded the "Prix Viande" or best meat prize. He has since mentored both Canadian and American chef candidates and was honored to be a member of the international jury for the 2007 and 2013 edition of the competition. He was instrumental as coach for Team USA in 2015 taking silver and 2017 taking the gold. He has been appointed head coach for Team USA for the 2019 Bocuse d’Or.
His culinary career has taken him to the helms of the kitchens of Four Seasons Hotels in Toronto and Chicago. This was then followed by simultaneously leading the brigades at the Beverly Hills and Hotel Bel Air where he had the pleasure of cooking for Hollywood stars. Chef Sulatycky is once again working alongside Four Seasons, developing a restaurant and dining concept for the new Four Seasons Private Residences in Los Angeles California, slated for opening in Late 2017.
